For a long time we experimented with marmalade ... We tried to make it from different fruits and berries, with agar and pectin. But always something like frozen jam came out ... Once we got confused and tried to make marmalade from pure transparent strawberry juice, without stones, without pulp. And finally, the perfect marmalade turned out to be transparent - it was beautifully chipped when bitten off and it was very tasty! We put honey as a sweetener, and agar was used as a thickener.
All summer we tested with different berries and fruits. So marmalade was born from black and red currants, from raspberries, strawberries, gooseberries with wild strawberries, cherries and apricots. We kept berry juices in jars so that all winter we could enjoy delicious and fresh marmalade.
And now we can offer you to try it. Marmalade has a very simple COMPOSITION: 100% BERRY JUICE + FLOWER HONEY + AGAR. In a closed jar, it can be stored at room temperature for a year or more. But after opening it is advisable to eat it for a month and store in the refrigerator.
